Neopian Location cards are given whenever you land on a Location Tile. The location card that you receive depends on the location tile that you land on. Each tile corresponds with the nearest starting point; for example, if you land on the location tile closest to the Haunted Woods starting point, you will receive the Edna's Tower location card.
