Altador
Despite having difficulty shaking off their underdog status, Altador has always remained a well-spirited and sporting team, important virtues for a worthy host of the Altador Cup. The team has yet to leave its mark on the higher tiers however, barely avoiding last place when they finished seventeenth last year.
Altador's record in Yooyuball and the Cup's side games is fairly strong when compared to that of its immediate peers, providing a firm foundation for steady improvements in the team's performance. The team's fan base is small, tightly knit, and has great sportsmanship, all traits which could translate to excellent coordination and applied strategies in the future.
Nevertheless, in its present state Team Altador still lacks the strength to push itself higher in the standings. There are plenty of teams out there, most of which have more solid Yooyuball and side game records, standing between Altador and the Cup that is their namesake. It may be a while yet before this team is in good enough shape to take them all down.
