Tyrannia
Team Tyrannia has long been the Altador Cup's powerhouse of side games, matching or beating the majority of the tournament's top tier teams in everything but Yooyuball. Competition for the second tier was fierce last year however, and the team was unable to rise past the third tier in the standings, although their side game points and a couple of hard-fought Yooyuball matches saw them securing tenth place.
Great side game performance is a given for Tyrannia, especially in their sport of choice, Slushie Slinger. Despite their apparent focus on their speciality game, the team is actually well-balanced and very difficult to topple across all the side games. This allows them to come away from most matches with a point or so, even if their Yooyuball isn't quite on par with many of the teams they face.
Yooyuball, however, is still the staple sport of the tournament, and essential to any team with their sights set on the Cup. Tyrannia's Yooyuball record is fair, but not especially strong, and this is a weakness that will impede the team's advance in the standings for now.
