The Daily Neopets › Neopets Articles › Best of 2009The Neopies (pronounced nee-oh-peeas) continue in 2010, now looking back on 2009. With new choices, categories, format, and voting policy you'd better head over to the Second Annual Neopies 
. This time, every day is a new Category, and each category lasts for 3 days, letting you vote for each one 3 times. This also makes it easier for the voting because there are not as many different votes coming in at once. You must vote for all categories as once though, and this is because, this year, every time you vote you get a prize! The "Finalists" are chosen by The Neopets Team, probably by using a Nominee Dart Board, and you get to choose the winner!
